The Horned Queen

A legendary fighter and prolific leader, the Horned Queen is a formidable figure in court. Her true name, Papillia Lamort (which loosely translates to 'butterfly of death'), is known only to The Raven Queen, ruler of the Shadowfell, with whom she has a complicated romantic entanglement. The Horned Queen was the first member of the council featured in a TA game when she appeared in Lost at Sea.
