The Tables of the Fae High Council call to those amongst the council who embody an element of that season. Whether it be youth for the spring table, passion for the Summer table, experience for the Autumn table, or pain for the Winter table, a council member cannot refuse the call of their seat anymore than they could refuse the air filling their lungs.

The Hummingbird Queen

The Hummingbird Queen (she/it) is an Archfey of the Fae High Council.

Description

The Hummingbird Queen is tall with tanned skin and pointed ears. It has long dark brown hair past her shoulders that seems to have an iridescent shine, and the hair itself is not as affected by gravity as it should be. A double pair of hummingbird wings sprouts from her back, glowing and full of power, the upper pair in shades of green, the lower darker shades of blue, both patterned with streaks of white.
She is calculating and calm in most cases. it is driven to displays of emotion when the jaws of a plan close around her victim.

History

The Hummingbird Queen is one of the fae that helped in the founding of Inheriad, remaining in the Feywild proper while making use of the country's influence. She was also one of the primary tacticians in the Shadowfell/Feywild war.

Trivia

• It operates through familiars on the Material Plane to induct new warlocks and push forward her plans. Her most common messenger is an albino hummingbird named Luciana.
