The Scoundrel of Avarice

Perdor Codicia, The Scoundrel of Avarice, seems to be gaining more and more power and was doing so quite rapidly for centuries. However his power source was stifled by The Hagwitch, whom he now feuds with over his lost advancement. No one knows this of course, because then the Scoundrel would have to reveal the source of their power, a deal with an individual to give them everlasting life by reincarnating them when they die. The Scoundrel receives a measure of power whenever one of these reincarnations perishes.
The Scoundrel was not powerful enough to fight in the Shadowfell War and was instead assistant to the person who previously held this council seat. When the Scoundrel began garnering power, he stole the seat from his predecessor, now known as Little Orby, who has swapped roles and become the assistant to Codicia. These two draw inspiration from Crigley Jigglesphere from Arc 8 of the Unprepared Caster podcast.
