The Hagwitch
The Hagwitch is an incredibly powerful being, a corrupted form of the goddess Kauvet who was once the patron of a floating city near what is now The Northern Mountains during Arc 5: The Cerulean Guile that later crashed into the ground, forming the peninsula of Kauvet. Little is known about the physical form of the Hagwitch.
The Immortality Curse
She is best known best for her curse upon Mal in which she cursed them with immortality out of revenge for their friend Sawyer trying to trick her by offering their life for Mal's. Sawyer, a person who eternally reincarnates due to a deal struck with the archfey the Scoundrel of Avarice (see: Summer), lost their memories in the deal to cure Mal's illness and keep them alive. The Hagwitch pulls the strings of Mal and future Sawyer incarnations to always find one another, so that Mal may watch another version of their closest friend die in front of them over and over again. She is everpresent, potentially omniscient, and often plagues future Sawyers with visions, dreams/nightmares, and whispers of lives past.Known Sawyers
