The Northern Mountains

The Northern Mountains were created when the a floating country was crashed into the ground by the goddess Kauvet, now known as The Hagwitch, creating the peninsula of Kauvet. The Northern Mountains are cold, and magical creatures buffet those who live in the mountains south. Some, like the giants of Mattawan's Crossing, have been able to find relatively comfortable areas to live in the mountains. There is a teleportation circle, placed in the mountains, that helps aid travel around, rather than through, The Tundra, placed by a gnomish expedition that Oma Nyx was a part of.
