Mornarica
Their boat makers, training and military are fantastic and their defences are always sparkling... beautiful in it's own way I suppose.Mornarica is the second largest city in Thalasia and is primarily functioning as the first line of defence against attacks by The Coven as it accepts the most recruits from the Oceanabris naval academies in the hope of creating more talented privateers to fight the pirate menace. There is current a major push to improve living in the city as many individuals turn to adventure instead of their duty as privateers to the nation. The city's land is mostly owned and rented out by The Catling family whilst a major source of their wealth and fame are the boats designed and crafted by The Stargell family as well as the fearsome reputation that follows them. The city answers directly to representatives from The Republic of Thalasia.
Government
The nobles of the city answer to a representative chosen by the Republic of Thalasia to ensure they are maintaining the laws and standards set throughout the nation.
Infrastructure
The city is mostly known for it's industry, military and boat crafting though they have done well to ensure this gives a good quality of life to it's citizens and the city regularly makes sure it brings in technology from across Thysia to improve quality of life.
Districts
The city is broken up into the following:
- Noble district: Where the noble family estates and the representative live.
- Factory district: The space reserved for industrial work, labour to be completed and general completion of tasks for the good of the city and it's industry.
- Living district: For the lodging and accommodation of those who live in the city.
- Joy district: Shops, inns and general entertainment and luxuries for people in Mornarica.
