Oceanabris

The capital of Thalasia and home to The Republic of Thalasia, it may not be as impressive as other spaces in Thysia but it is a home to many sailors and it's school brings the most gifted sailors to all of Thysia. 

Oceanabris is the large, Venetian styled, capital of Thalasia. It is widely regarded as a gorgeous coastal city with large, slightly leaning and slanted building and it tends to make use of waterways instead of a railway or streets. 
Oceanabris acts as the home and main representative spot for the Republic of Thalasia and it is where they complete meetings with one another to roll out laws and policies for the rest of the nation as well as deal with ambassadorial affairs. 
Finally, Oceanabris is the city where the school for sailors resides, where many future sailors, captains, pirates and privateers are trained to master the seas. 
In this respect, Oceanabris trains many privateers to join it's naval fleet here to better deal with the threat of other nations and also to deal with the constant danger of the piracy in The Islets of Thalasia.
