Delta Antilae II

A planet in the Delta Antilae System.
Delta Antilae II is tidally locked with its parent star. This means that one side constantly faces the star while the other side is in eternal darkness.
The Hyperion Federation used it for solar power generation despite the inefficiency that arises from energy loss into the atmosphere. Half of the surface of the planet has been covered in highly efficient solar panels while the other half is mined under the effect of bright lights. Miners on this world have a lifestyle where they can go to sleep or wake up at any time they want as their body clocks are thrown extremely off course.
The planet has one space elevator. It is placed on the dark side.The planet has 2 moons, one of which is much darker in colouration than the other. The dark one is in a closer orbit, making it appear larger in the sky.
