Cono Major

Class G star. Orbiting it is the homeworld of the HEX Mainframe, Base Cluster. The HM has also established colonies on the other planets in the system, including the dwarf planets at an extremely large radius from Cono Major.
It is defended with a large number of defence platform stations, and features many shipyard replicators. Due to this, Cono Major remains an important star system to the HM, despite the HM exploring outwards and seeking conquest of other galaxies.
Cono Major is one of the more important systems of the HM. It has a large number of planets for its spectral class which the HM exploit constantly for resources. Some of these were completely mined out and no longer exist. 2 planets have been demolished this way. Base Cluster still remains however, as it is too important to the HM and houses a significant population. The HM also performs star lifting on the star itself grinting them acess to a massive amount of material, and also improving the lifespan of the star.
The Cono Major system is located relatively close to the core of the Cyseus galaxy.
