JS-921 A II
A planet located in the JS-921 System, which is owned by the HEX Mainframe.
This planet is extremely cold despite orbiting at extremely high velocity. The planet orbits the black hole of this trinary star system, so little radiation falls on the world. Most of the radiation it receives comes from the accretion disc and then the class G star. The planet has a decently rich crust though, featuring deposits of metal ore that is commonly mined by the HM. They also core mine the planet as the core is mostly iron and is very inactive, practically frozen. They have also housed millions on the planet, and turned it into a small colony.
It is relatively safe due to an almost nonexistant geological activity, but notably, the world is very slightly disc shaped because of the extreme rotational velocity of the planet, which causes gravity to vary noticeably over the surface. This causes it to have a great scientific value and to cause meteors to fall at extremely high speed. It has craters, and the craters are usually deeper. The planet also lacks any atmosphere. The HM also built space elevators on it, taking advantage of its high spin rate. The planet has defence platforms orbiting it of course, it is an important planet. The materials mined here are often used to keep the defence platforms stocked.
