Lacedemean

Lacedemean is the collective term for people from the planet Lacedaemon. They’re known for their polite manners and technical skills.

Their accent of Galactic Common makes some people in The Trident Coalition think of them as haughty, while others try to imitate it, thinking it makes them sound more cultural and refined, while the first group think those people are conceited and the Lacedeameans are annoyed, because the imitators never get the accent right.
