Historical Details

Background

The Pact created the High Rock Council, a alliance of the Dwarven Kingdom to unite and cooperate with one another for the greater good of their people.

History

It was during the great calamity that was the destruction of the Dwarven Kingdom of Anarugn by a Black Blood Horde that brought the Dwarven Kingdoms together at the highest summit of Garumor, known as High Rook. Here did they sat together to discuss the dangers that they faced and the what they would decide the future of their people. After many days of arguing and bickering the rulers of the kingdoms finally came to agreement to to form a pact that would aid one another in their time of need and with that the pact was etched into a large slab of stone to ensure that it would never be forgotten and with it the Chambers of High a Rock would be built around it. From that day forth all kingdoms would aid one another in their time of need.

Public Reaction

Though Dwarves did see to eye due their stubbornness, they later set aside their differences with time. This of course only the Mountain Dwarves as the Hill Dwarves were left out of the packed making them very angry.

Legacy

The Pact has ensured cooperation between the Dwarven Kingdoms by creating kinship and unity among themselves. Along with defense and trade to ensure all prosper. But later it would help create

Pact of High Rock

Here we stand as Dwarves one and all to make this pact today for the good of our people.
So that we may find peace and prosperity from the troubles that the world holds.
With this pact we shall defend one another from harm by those who would bring it to use.
To share what we have so that no one will go without it may it be knowledge or resources.
To treat each other a kin for we are all children of the mountains and should never treat each other differently.
From this day forth we’re are united together to secure the greater good of our people so that we shall never know hardship again.
