Devanter Manuscript
In all my years, I have never seen such a breathtaking document filled with so much art. It's a shame I don't know what any of it says. - Scholar
History
Book to the Past
Much of the History of the Elves has been lost. They left very few things, except for a few ruins and relics that survived the ravages of time. But one of these relics was a tome of remarkable design that showed a glimpse into the culture that they once had. An excavation in the ruins of Ma'Tesula, the manuscript was discovered by Hamlin Devanter and named after him. Inside, the book revealed a stunning embroidery upon the book's pages with many pictures painted on it. What was more shocking was how well preserved it was, with only minimal wear and tear. Making it one of the most important relics discovered in the knowledge of the Elves during their time in the Western Lands. Though little is deciphered as Elusah has very little context to translate it. Nonetheless, it still fascinates the imagination of all who look through it and the true meanings behind it.Significance
Due to little information on the Elves during their rule of the West, the manuscript has been placed in the care of the Scholars of Secrets, an order dedicated to understanding relics and unraveling secrets they might hold. Its actual location is a well-kept secret, with only a select few knowing where it is. If anything is discovered about the manuscript, it may change the history of the West before Humans came to rule it.
