Shambala
The Star Weaver’s Astral Dominion
Shambala is a realm not bound by the laws of physics, where mountains jut from impossible angles to create a jagged sky of stone and clouds. Betwixt these surreal peaks lie enormous armaments, originally forged by the Star Weaver to fit the hands of the mighty Titans before their betrayal of the gods. These scattered weapons now exist only as silent testaments to a forgotten era, their colossal shapes fused into the rugged slopes below. In the rocky valleys between, mysterious glyphs glow like intangible fireflies, suspended in the crisp mountain air, their true meanings lost to time. Draw too close to one, and it will vanish like a fleeting vision, leaving only a sense of astonishment and trepidation in its wake.
Atop the highest summit of Shambala sits the sanctum of Vaya-Vatu; their dwelling defies simple description, for it bears resemblance to both a monastery and a forge. Within its walls, the great mysteries of the Multiverse are contemplated, where the invisible weave of magic can be woven into a physical pattern. From their vantage point, surrounded by faceless spirits and unfinished divine relics, Vaya-Vatu oversees the grand design of the Nine Realms, ever watchful for disturbances in the perfect balance that they seek to maintain between order and chaos. Shambala, with its archaic landscape and inscrutable custodian, remains a place where the secrets of reality are written into its very foundations.
