The Thunderer’s Astral Dominion
Kelheim is a realm of untamed beauty, where the sea meets the sky in an endless dance of wind and waves. Wedged between the cliffs of an icy fjord, a weathered hunting lodge stands resolute against the choppy waters that endlessly batter its walls. The crisp air that blows through the fjord carries with it the promise of rain, and the faint scent of ozone serves as a constant reminder of the storms brewing on every horizon. The lodge sits in the eye of a hurricane so vast that it stretches into the Astral Sea itself, a barrier to prevent the approach of mortals.
As the patron of sailors and skalds, Taranis respects any soul brave enough the answer the call of the sea, welcoming them into Kelheim with open arms after death. The walls of the lodge are damp with sea salt and adorned with tapestries, each telling a different tale of adventure in breathtakingly vibrant colors. The Thunderer himself sits at the head of a massive stone table, his broad-shouldered physique draped in dark furs to ward off the cold. It is from here that he watches over his domain, with a stoic countenance and a voice like rolling thunder.
