Planetary Towns/Villages
Every planet has a number of towns and villages that exist outside of the major settlements that comprise the bulk of the World’s population. These spaces’ infrastructure is less advanced than that of the major settlements, and resources are less readily available than they otherwise would be. It is unlikely that these settlements would have the facilities necessary to reprint destroyed mechs. The number of these locations generally correlates to the amount of habitable space that can be occupied on the planet. For example,
Otiosus will have far fewer towns and/or villages than
Telea.
Yilvykians do not have any towns or villages, rather they have minor clans that roam the galaxy.
Asteroid/Moon/Planet Mines
These are mines that can be found on uninhabited asteroids, moons and/or planets. Generally, mines will be run by
Mundians,
Auctori,
Sani'Tonians,
Chatibosans or
Otions; however, do not be surprised to see other species or Worlds conducting mining efforts of their own. Most mines will remain in the same solar system whose World is conducting the operation, however it is not unlawful to mine in a different World’s solar system. An example of this was when
Malum Auctori began mining in Yilvykian space before The Split occurred, and when it was brought to light at one of the galactic bridges the Auctori were not reprimanded, though they chose to halt operations as their actions had noticeably raised tensions between the two Worlds.
City Development Projects
CDPs refer to the current construction efforts of various Worlds to create more lunar cities, such as
Mundi’s Gwener cities and Otiosus’
Ostea colony. They are all still in developmental stages, and are not currently inhabited by anyone other than those building the cities. These can be projects designed and implemented in collaboration between two or more Worlds, or simply undergone by a single World.
Sani'Tatem,
Yilvyke and
Donerth do not have any of these projects underway; Telea, Otiosus and
Nurn would have very few; Malum Auctori, Mundi and @chawould have the most.
Resupply Stations
Resupply stations are small space stations built for the intention of resupplying fuel, food, water, munitions and other vital resources. Minor repairs to one’s ship can also be done at these stations if any of their space ship’s systems have gone awry. These stations orbit most planets in the nine solar systems that have been a part of The Web. However, the density of these stations are centred around the populated Worlds of these solar systems. For example, the planets and moons in the Concordia System that are closest to Mundi have a high likelihood of having nearby resupply stations, whereas those that are the furthest away have a low likelihood. Generally, resupply stations are only present when there is something of note nearby.
