Sani'Tonians
Sani'Tonians are large scaled creatures that come in a plethora of different pigmentations. They all have thick tails and stand on their hind legs, but are capable of walking on all four of their limbs. After centuries of living underground these lizard-like people have developed an acute sense of vision, with some even being able to steer their eyes in different directions to create non-overlapping vision. Sani'Tonians have no external ears and rely heavily on their olfactory senses when sight is not an option. They are an egg laying species, and often hoard their eggs in communal clusters. This means that when the batch of eggs are hatched an infant Sani'Tonian is raised by their immediate community, rather than their procreators, which is believed to have inspired their community focused culture.

Bony Scales. This Sani’Tonian’s scales are bobbled and beaded in appearance, caused by osteoderms (bony deposits) which provide additional protection. Gain a +1 to your pilot's Armour value (this can stack with hardsuits).Basilisk
Sea King. A Sani'Tonian whose natural abilities were suited to a bygone era of Sani'Tonian history, now revived thanks to The Web. Basilisk Sani'Tonians swim at a normal speed and can run on water provided they Boost each turn up to a maximum of five turns.Flying
Draconic Heritage. These Sani'Tonians have a flap of skin that extends across their arms and the sides of their torso, allowing them to glide. A Flying Sani'Tonian cannot be harmed by fall damage so long as they have the space to extend their arms and have a flying Speed of 4. However, for every space this Sani'Tonian moves horizontally, they must also descend by one space.Gecko
Adhesive Footing. Thanks to this Sani'Tonian's specialised toe pads they can easily scale vertical walls. Instead of halving your pilot's Speed while climbing, reduce it by 1. Additionally, climbing should never require the pilot to make a skill check unless the climb is especially difficult (e.g. climbing up a waterfall, being buffeted by strong winds, etc.).Example Names
