Ostea Colony

Construction of the Ostea colony began three decades ago and has been fully operational for almost two decades now. The population of this colony falls just shy of one million Otions. Thanks to the aid of alien Worlds, Ostea has become almost fully self-sufficient with the only resource that they need to import is purified water. The residents are still undecided on a name for the colony, so it is simply known as the Ostea colony (named after the moon it is built on). Some claim that there are plans for the Otions to begin construction on a second Ostea colony in the near future.
