Cerul
Cerul is the largest city in Otiosus and is the birthplace of the Iodiwas Concord . It currently houses 5.8 million Otions amidst the rubble of what once was a great city. History tells that Cerul was once the capital of a country known as Abrurg, though that name is not used anymore. It is the primary manufacturer of goods and services in Otiosus and often has to trade its produce with Zephybury and the Ostea colony to keep them both afloat. Thanks to aid from foreign Worlds, Cerul has also begun to experience a minor boom in the arts.
