Quarric

Quarric is a Water Seeker and former Wringer with small-scale water manipulation ability. Because of the oath all Seekers swear forbidding the use of wringing, there is very little she can do with her skill.

Education

Kezlaf started teaching all his children as soon as he could determine where their greatest potential lay. Quarric was two years old when she was tested and found to have tuning ability, and can't remember a time when she was not learning how to use it. She has had the same education in wringing that Istlourn did, but far fewer years of experience. At the Eddy she has also learned better control at the larger end of her range, but finds it hard to get excited about such small feats of water handling when so many others are better at it.

Employment

As a Wringer, Quarric was often paired with Yostep. Once Firsit was also promoted to the squad, Kezlaf would regularly take all three of them on his trips along with Istlourn and Ardez. It's likely that, once they were all old enough, he planned to make them a mission team like Shend, Cahar, and Voia.
At the Eddy, her most active role is as a supervisor of protos during aura training, making sure they don't cross the line of using the techniques on each other.
