Cuckoo's Nest
Deep under the city of Miskatonic the Freaks have made a capital for their hidden society.
Government
The Cuckoo's nest is totally controlled by the Freaks without anyone else doing the job, the Freaks are basically city hall. They organize waste collection and keep some kind of order in the cramped alleyways and tunnels the Freaks even collect rent payment from residents.
Industry & Trade
Crime is the main industry in the Cuckoo's nest it is the main source of illegal narcotics in all of Miskatonic city and much of the Union of Eleutheria, the biggest drug labs in the city are in the Cuckoo's nest. Next the Freaks are involved in human trafficking and the Cuckoo's nest are where they hold and use many of their captives. The Cuckoo's nest has a market that sells all kinds of illegal goods. The Cuckoo's nest also has a market that sells almost anything you can want to buy from clothing to weapons that is if you don't mind the things being sold are likely stolen.
Tourism
It may be a popular place for anyone who may indulge in illegal activities. The Cuckoo's nest has the city's biggest drug labs and drug dens where some one can buy almost any narcotic that you can want. As well the Cuckoo's nest is a red light district the Freaks are very involved in human trafficking so almost any other vice you may want to indulge in can be found here.
The Cuckoo's nest also has a market that sells almost anything you can want to buy from clothing to weapons that is if you don't mind the things being sold are likely stolen. The Cuckoo's nest market has many food vendors that sell foods like meat kabobs, hamburgers and sausages. It will probably be a good idea not to eat any of the food that the vendors sell in the Cuckoo's nest, they often make the food they sell from what they can find in the underground so that means using things like dire rats or sewer gators.
