The Freaks

The Freaks also known as the clowns are essentially a bunch of psychopaths who are known for killing people in the most brutal and the most "hilarious" of ways. Like replacing their victims' eyes with googly eyes or carving penises into their skin.
The Freaks are also the main rival to the Falcone crime family.

Culture

The Freaks are a gang of sadistic and very often mentally disturbed psychos that mostly shun society. They are an underground society that pursues extreme hedonistic experiences, which include sex, hard drugs, cannibalism, torture and other taboos. They mostly stay underground in the sewers and tunnels under the city. However, many of them have public personas who present themselves as entertainers using circuses or carnivals to cover their criminal activities.

The Freaks are mostly feared by the public and have a very well-earned reputation for brutality and for being psychopaths. Many Freaks have public personas where they pretend, they are not involved in any criminal activities and are just a bunch of entertainers.
