Welcome to the Final Hegemony

Long ago, the galaxy was created by the primordial beings of the Ancestor Hegemony who chose the Hellecian Sector as their primary dwelling.

Out of Chaos, Creation spawned as the eternal Cosmic Aurora. Creating Hellestine: the goddess of blood and genealogy and the other primordial beings of Greek mythology would be agents of creations. Until the Titans separated Uranus from their mother Hellestine. And thus starting the wars of succession between the younger and older generations. Overthrowing the other for authority over this greenish-blue energy.

This never-ending cycle of bloody conflicts and succession would define the state of affairs in this sector for eons to come as the Hellecians were held under foot by the quarreling gods who controlled every aspect of their lives.

Until the Hellecians accidentally discovered a crystallized fuel source called COAG or Crystallized Osmotic Aurora Gas.

Incorporating COAG into their ships and weaponry, the Patrokonoi-Hellecia was born and broke the cycle by killing the Greek Pantheon, shattering the god planet into the various star clusters of the new sector (see Topographical History of the Sector, enslaving the Pantheon's surviving family or Exalted Orphans, taking possession of the infrastructure used to control the universe & outlawing the worship of The Gods.

Thus began the Final Hegemony.

Integrating COAG into every aspect of their daily lives, the unstable material mutated the members of the Patrokonoi-Hellecia by giving them powers and technology that advanced their confederacies at an unprecedented rate.

The four tribes: The Archanians (now the Delothian Collective ), The Dodrians (now the Lanaxdrian Warrior States), The Professional Guilds of Aeonite Craftspeople , The Ionite Flotilla of Space-Faring Colonists & their Mixolastian Sub-Species would rule the sector and artificially replace the gods who represented crucial components in their universe.

However, this prosperity wouldn't last as the Delothian Collective's grasp tightened over the sector, merging smaller trade leagues under its massive banner.

Aboard The Psygorellius: a legendary exploratory vessel of the ancient Psygonauts or world-less explorers. Dylos and AJ's new incarnation of the Psygonauts will explore new planets, recruit new members/face cosmic threats inspired by Greek mythology, and witnesses the result of killing a culture's central figures of tradition and authority.

All the while finding a way back to Earth for Ollie, finding The Lost Aurora Crown of Ilocanos-7 to reclaim AJ's throne, and trying to stop the sector from descending into a Taygestronesian Civil War (similar events to the Peleponnesian War).
