Half Races

Bastards, rebels, heroes of renown, and some of the best performers known are created from the mixing of the races. I cannot count on three hands the amount of half elves, half orcs, and even half dragons I have seen in my travels within the world. Half races are created much like on would suspect but can vary wildly in personality and appearance. Some see their lineage as a gross perversion and hate themselves as much as they hate the cultures that shun them, while others embrace their uniqueness and celebrate the great melding of cultures and peoples that they are a product of. -Thornwood

Basic Information

Anatomy

Half Elf. A night of passion between a human and an elf produces something that is often shunned by one of those worlds. The Half Elves as they have become known as are the product of mating between men and elf, they are generally similar in height to humans with slightly elven facial qualities and slightly pointed ears at the side of their heads. They do not share the immortality of elves nor do they have the fleeting life spans of that of man, they mature at the same rate as humans but can live upwards of 200 years before finally succumbing to their mortality.   Half-Orc Often the product of the most violent and unspeakable act of depravity these Half-Orcs as they are called are often shunned from both non-Orc and Orc society, as for the non-orc they are a constant reminder or something horrid and to orcs they are simply a spoil of war that must prove themselves to the tribe just like every other welp. Half-Orcs mature and have life spans similar to that of the species in which they share their heritage. Half-Orc Elves tend to live roughly 180 years but mature at the same rate as regular Half-Orcs.   Half-Dwarf Though not rare Half-Dwarves are generally not noticed within the world of men or within the dwarven realms. They are generally slightly taller than average among dwarves or shorter than average among humans, and predominantly share the stocky and hairy features of their dwarf parent. Half-Dwarves can live up to 200 years and mature at the same rate as humans. An additional variant which is highly rare within the world is the Dwelf the Dwarf-Elf, Dwelves are the product of the union between the most bitter of rival races a Dwarf and an Elf. Dwelves appear like regular humans with the exception of masses of hair around their bodies and slightly pointed ears.

Genetics and Reproduction
