Cetha was a kingdom occyping what is now the center of the Empire of Illion, including the capital Azalea. Cetha was popular for its alliance with Groge Whyte, one of the only two nations to achieve such a feat. This allowed them to train an elite group within their army, known as the Cethian Elites.
