Red

One of the very few well-known high priests of The Black Sun, Red is one of the most brutal and sadistic members of The Cult of the Black Sun.
She "converts" the new members using fear. If one doesn't want to join the cult, she'll brutally torture and maim them, making the next possible believers watch. Such a show tends to change the minds of those who would want to reject her offer.

Red tends to wear light but very ornate dresses, and long skirts. She likes to wear various bracelets and necklaces.
Unless it is too cold, she always walks with bare feet, wanting to feel the blood she spills on the ground.

Personal history

Not long after the Awakening, Red met Aiden, a very charismatic man, the not-yet creator of The Cult of the Black Sun. She followed him everywhere. Once he started getting the visions of the Black Sun, she was the first one to become a follower of his cult.
A few passed and while the cult grew slowly, Aiden started getting more and more visions, getting more lost in the dream world than in the real one. Following his advice, the cult members split up into groups. One of them moved to The Surface, others started searching for a Temple, and the others found magical Thuribles they started using to convert more and more people. But Red still stayed by Aiden's side. Listening to his mumbling, she slowly went insane. And then, she became "enlightened".
The Black Sun wasn't showing up, because it needed sacrifices. And sadly, Aiden was too peaceful of a person.
During one of his visions, when Aiden asked her to pass him a jar of water, she did so. And then she watched, as he tried to gasp for air, poison spreading through his body. According to what she said to others, his spirit joined the Black Sun, awaiting others. She would just have to help other people see their true savior, the Black Sun, or become sacrifices needed for its summoning.
