The Bureau of Xeno Relations
One of the two great bureau of the Resource Management World Government, founded in 2270, initially to act as a diplomatic service to the alien civilizations Earth was now beginning to contact, but later acquiring more of a policy making role and accruing power far beyond its original remit. Throughout the duration of the Bubble, the Bureau of Xeno Relations was in a more or less constant power struggle with the Bureau of Economic Affairs, the senior and other major arm of the Earth government.
