Dowerbridge Vale
Dowerbridge Vale is the name given to the region of north-central Tersten that covers a vast area around the Peckham Lake. The region is named after the historic Dowerbridge Estate, owned by the Dowerbridge Family, one of the oldest Upper Lordanian families on the planet. They give their name to the city of Dowerbridge, which is settled on the north bank of Peckham Lake, with New Peckham on the south bank. The region is full of small hills and large forests, with the exception of the Harelstone Plains, which connects Calian and Dowerbridge.
The Derwent River flows out from Peckham Lake and makes its way north past the Dowerbridge Estate, up through the city of Acton and then makes its way into the Granite Coast and the Derwent Estuary into the North Tersten Ocean.
In the western reaches of the Vale lies Greenvalley Hollows, a small valley leading to Riggs Lake and the city of Greenvalley. The lake and the city make up the Vale's western edge, where it borders the Finatawa National Park.
