The Kyrosian Empire is an imperial cult focused around the Overlord, and the seat of Kyros' power.
Structure
The Overlord rules autocratically. Archons serve beneath the Overlord in a feudal arrangement with other, lesser Archons beneath them.

History
What is now known as the Kyrosian Empire is a subjugation of all previous nations and states that existed across Terratus from one end to the other. Formed over four centuries of continual conflict, the Empire now encompasses all of the known world under the Overlord, Kyros.
The Empire was founded in 0 TR, the Imperial calendar established from this date, with the conquest of the Medrev and the proclamation of the first Edict, the Edict of Storms. Since then it has expanded outward in a long series of successful conquests, incorporating each and every free political entity, culminating in the Northern Conquest and the the Conquest of the Tiers.

Military
There is no standard imperial army. Instead, armed forces are organized in a feudal structure underneath the Archons that serve Kyros.
Technological Level
Bronze is the most common alloy in use throughout the world. In more advanced corners of the Empire, iron is predominant. Above that, and only available to the select and prominent few, is forgebound iron.
Religion
No religions are tolerated in the Empire except the Imperial Cult worship of Kyros, the Overlord and adherence to the laws of the Empire. Subsets of the Imperial Clergy pay homage and loyalty to Archons, but all are ultimately responsible to the Overlord in their hierarchy.
