Overlord

The Overlord is the ruler of Terratus. The Court of Arbitration implements and enforces the Overlord's laws and will, subjugating the conquered and harnessing them for the benefit of Kyros's mighty empire.

Qualifications

Overlord is a self-proclaimed title that Kyros has held for centuries. However, the primary right to claim this title was founded on proclaiming the first Edict and, as such, being able to proclaim an Edict could be considered a right to claim the title as no other person in history has been known to be able to do such.
