Medrev

The region within which the Kyrosian Empire's capital resides. Before the Empire, it was ruled by a corrupt group known as the "Cloud Barons" and a more-or-less figurehead king as an oligarchic monarchy. Now it is the seat of Kyros the Overlord's power from which they rule the rest of Terratus.
