Arcwood is the capital of the Maritime Kingdom at the center of Ronminar Isles. Setting near the Gulf of Arcwood, it's well known for the city of merchant, and dockyard setting around the bay where the mightiest fleets dock.

Government

The city is the political center and the home of the House of Arcwood, whose leaders never be changed thanks to a very stable government. In fact, it always be since the era of Kingdom of Arcwood. The Palace of the Wooden Arch, where the government is living and operating, is placed by the river.

Defences

Beside the city wall on the northern side, the biggest defences they have are the navy. Most of their warships are docked and maintained around the shore of the gulf, and whenever the threay incoming from the dea, every ships deploy in formatic ways that it creates awe and spectacular to the, as they sail away from the gulf to protect the island they loved.

Industry & Trade

Arcwood is notable form their shipbuilding skill. seventy percents of ships parking here is made by them. Despite the fact that they have some techniques and blueprints, they keep in secret to keep the title of sea power. The better ship, the more profit they got, the stronger they are. Nevertheless, merchants usually came here for repair and distribute their loads, becoming one of the most busiest ports in the world beside Valone and Sria.

Infrastructure

it has road expends from the palace, leading into the most iconic workspace; a massive shipyard around the entire bay, where no one has ever done before.

History

The people of Arcwood was descended from a native tribe, who used to lived by the forest and raised by the river. In order to protect and claim their forest from intruders, chief began tieing and centralizing the tribe into a permanent, manageable settlement, called it Arcwood due to their house design and material.

When another country from the mainland, Irgia, started colonizing on the north, where the kingdom learned technologies like shipbuilding and plasters, they started trading business from the river mouth.

During the Unification of Ronminar Isles, Arcwood was suffering from such rival who once an outsider for them. With the vision of Queen Imogen, the city had increased their ship production, expending a harbor, to the point its fleet rose againt the colony and eventually beated Irgia to shame. Nowadays it became one of the biggest coastline city on the South Estisia beside Valone, and being there since then.

Architecture

Most of the building is made of timber covered with plaster, with their signature structure; a wooden arch pattern on all sides of the ground floor of the building, with a triangular roof that also made of timber.
