The Open Air Market
A Pax-wide tradition older than any of the Kingdoms unified by Uther the Grey, the open-air markets of the cities, towns and hamlets of Pax are a tax-exempt place to purvey one's wares and services. Booths and tents are a service provided by the city and funded by the High King.

First come, first served booths and stalls for citizens of the Unified Kingdoms use.
