Freeport: Highgrove
This ward is home to many merchant offices and yards, it is close to the market square providing easy access for merchant wagons and other such traffic. As it is close to the keep and barracks it is one of the most well guarded areas in the town, thieves in this area have to step carefully and usually only the most professional heists will work in this area.
