Trans-Rheuthengage Highway
One of the most impressive feats of Human engineering and effort, this Highway runs all the way from Drythe, hugging the coast of the Sea of Storms and through the Rheuthengage Mountains to Galencia before emptying onto the Denton Plains and crossing to New Solarin.

Perhaps even more impressive is the work by Harkin Ironreaver who, after a rockslide wiped out a section of highway, built a two league tunnel beneath the mountains. With the exception of sections in Galencia and the Soulmeliti Forests where local military both guard an maintain the highway, the Empire of Eldoria handles maintenance and protection through the Imperial Legion. This includes the section through Mennith where the Empire retains extra-territorial control over the route.
The Highway sees enough traffic over its nearly 1,000 leages that for much of its route - at least until one reaches the Denton Plains, a inn can be found roughly every 10 leagues. Some are locally owned but others or merely Legionnaire outposts where a traveller can find a stable and roof for the night.
