Founder of Gryphon's Crossing
Often cited as a quintessential Azermathian frontiersman, Jared was a burly innkeeper who lost his Rathgar Inn to a fire. He traveled south to the confluence of the Gryphon and Redstone Rivers to start a homestead and an Inn to service traffic between Rathgar and Farthington. He built the Inn of the Flowering Rose in 693 AC with his own hands. To ensure his success, he sent his six sons to the corners of Azermathia to recruit settlers who later named the town in his name.
