Point Brenkin
Jutting out of southern Tarien, Point Brenkin has the distinction of being the furthest point south on the continent. It sits above the Sintarien Sea, its tree covered hills overlooking the great southern expanse of water. Strangely, a makeshift dock juts out from the end of the cape into the deep water that flows around it. Depsite that fact that it is well more than halfway from Yaty to Nosferius, it is here that the Elanthai Trading Company considers their trip half finished. The small fleet stops twice a year, once east bound and once returning west, to ferry sailors ashore for a great bonfire and sacrifice to Jendredi to bless the remainder of their journey. The fire is accompanied, of course, with a feast of local crabs caught in traps left for moons on end between visits. These traps range in size from several feet to a dozen across and have caught crabs with claws as large as man.
