Florant Lightbringer
Knight of the Light
Tall, broad shouldered, and imposing, Florant typically wears a snow-white tabard emblazoned with Anderi's sunburst over his travelling clothes or armor. Strangely he always seems to stand places where the sunlight hits his shoulder length golden locks, and offsets him against the shadows, as he were painting symbolizing the Holy Legion of Light. He speaks Azermathian with a heavy Eldorian accent, betraying his upbringing in the Inner Seas.
Thoughtful, slow to anger, and quick to act, Florant strives to live up to the ideals of his order. A true knight errant, he travels Azermathia with his squire, Siani Lightbringer, seeking ways to be of service. While his flamberge, named Bane of Darkness, may be a terror on the field of battle, he spends most of his time listening to peasant grievances to lend Anderi's advice, helping stuck wagons with his prodigious strength, and other more humble forms of service. Like most Knights of the Light, however, he holds the evils of sorcery as special evils and always seeks out such rumors when they come to his attention. Those in Drakkar, where many are tried, claim he has brought over a score to their Lord's cleansing justice.
Towering, broad shouldered, and imposing, Florant has golden locks that fall to his shoulders and literally wears his heart - in this case Anderi's sunburst - on his sleeve. Wandering Azermathia, he dedicates his light to righting wrongs, smiting evil, and other, often more humble, acts of service. His passion, like many of the Holy Legion of Light, is to seek out sorcery and bring its practitioners to Drakkor for justice.
