Morverin was born a Mildoran Companion, all his life he believed that Tanari held untold secrets and power and that he could discover it. He soon rose to prominent status among the Companions by creating weapons of war that could be used against the Originators. Perhaps even more outstanding was the discoveries he made in his own galaxy. One of them being a way to breach the one thing the Originators thought invincible. The Iron Net. Morverin stifled the Originators through clogged the network and upsetting sapient computers but it was not enough to turn the tide against the Originators. In a last attempt to save all is knowledge Morverin uploaded himself into the Iron Net as a digital intelligence. His last act among the real world before this was transmitting plans to create something that could destroy the Originators. The Genocide Machine.
In The Iron Net Morverin has remained to this day as an Artificial Mega-Intelligence named, The Chronicler. The Great Watcher tried to destroy Morverin at first as he entered the net, but with his advanced knowledge of The Iron Net Morverin managed reprogram The Great Watcher and make it recognise him as an AI instead of a organic being. Since then The Chronicler has gathered knowledge out of the real world by hijacking memory banks of droids, accessing files in libraries and archives, and by speaking to any one capable of Code Walking who travels to the Iron Net.
