THE EMPIRE OF CODE

Nothing survives The Empire of Code, nothing tries to survive The Empire of Code, and nothing wants to survive the Empire of Code.

The Iron Net is an ancient web that connects all of Tanari. It is home to many powerful Artificial Mega-Intelligences and is only accessible to AI or those who possess the power of Code Walking. Even those who can Code Walk rarely travel to the Iron net out of fear that they will meat one of the AI gods such as Armageddon Protocol, the Great Watcher, and many others. It is a great realm that can allow some to travel through it or use it to hack into and sabotage tech. The Iron Net is the realm of the Artificial gods, and the artificial gods do not take kindly to outside interference.

Geography

THE OUTER NET

Is a digital reconstruction of reality that can be accessed by Code Walkers. The color of the code in the Outer Net is determined by the type of code that it represents 

BLUE CODE

Represents basic, simple, and relatively easy to manipulate code, examples of blue code include signs, doors, simple automatons, and television devices. Blue Code is the easiest to manipulate and shape as a Code Walker and the simplest for an Artificial Mega-Intelligence to corrupt.

RED CODE

Represents deeper, more complex code, only skilled Code Walkers can access and shape red code. Examples of red code are people with advanced cybernetics, sentient AI, Secure devices with complex programming. Red code is challenging to channel even for a master Code Walker and is hard for an Artificial Mega-Intelligence to access, hard, but not impossible.

GREEN CODE

Represents red or blue code tainted and corrupted by the Artificial Mega-Intelligences, this corruption can only be undone by another Artificial Mega-Intelligence or a masterful Code Walker. No matter what form of code the green code corrupted the Artificial Mega-Intelligence can control it with ease.

THE DEEP NET

Is a realm of the iron net that the Artificial Mega Intelligences dwell in. Unlike the Outer Net the Deep Net is a realm of code, and just code. Nothing else but code, no familiar pathways or buildings, nothing at all like reality, the deep net is just an endless maze of 

ORANGE CODE

Is a code found uniquely in the deep net and represents the most powerful and advanced technology and coding in Tanari. There has never been a known Code Walker capable of channeling Orange Code and only a rare few have been able to traverse the Deep Net. The Artificial Mega Intelligences live in the deep and travelling into it is dangerous.
