Creative Goal

I have been sitting on this idea for several years. Symbiopolis is the setting for a story called The Queen's Dissent.

"A telepathic pairing of sentient AI with a human queen rules the City until the capitol is taken by cruel brutes and the AI destroyed. Almost a century later, a young woman in the rebellion hears sweet whispers of love in her mind."

I have already outlined the plot, but I would like some more details on the world developed before I begin writing the story itself.
