Umbra Installation
A top secret research outpost operated by the Colonial Earth Empire. It is rumored that imperial intelligence is working on some form of cloning technology here at the direct request of Emperor Drul Angmar.
There have also been several high profile Judges seen around the umbra installation. Colonial Security Bureau officers have tried to penetrate the security network here, but have only breached the surface level. It is highly secretive even among the emperor's favored. Some in the imperial nobility also seem to be concerned about the installation, with a leaked memo coming from the House of Lanterns theorizing that they are also engaged of some kind of psionic manipulation around the installation.
