Grand Emperor of the Colonial Earth Empire

Emperor Drul Angmar is an individual shrouded in propaganda and mystery. He has ruled over the Colonial Earth Empire for several decades, and is the head House Angmar, one of the oldest and most powerful houses in the House of Stars. He is rumored to be a powerful Psionic, specifically an extremely potent Precog, and it is said these abilities have allowed him to rule over such a large organization as the Empire.

History

Drul Romus Angmar was documented to have been born on Oseana, in the year of 1691. His parents were wealthy landowning colonials that held just enough power on Oseana to buy an estate on Camelot and expand their colonial holdings to the Panem Region. One of Drul's mother was born on Camelot and a former naval officer, another was a skilled psionic magus born on Oseana who was a scion of the House of Angmar. Drul spent most of his youth on his parent's estate on Camelot, where he was surrounding by the pagentry of the courts. He eventually went on to study law at the University of Oseana for several years. He spent two years at the Royal Psionic Academy, sponsored by the Angmar Psionic Scholar's Fund.
When he finished his psionic schooling, he attended the Imperial College on New Babylon. Many viewed the Camelot-native Drul Romus as a typical backwards landowning dynasty noble. His fellow students came from the ranks of corpo-backed cliques or through extensive military service on the imperial frontier. Drul felt most at home alongside his fellow panem colonials. Most of these were either imperial nobles, army officers and the occasional hand-selected imperial intelligence insert. They were usually under-estimated by more elitist core worlders, especially those from rival houses.
Drul Angmar eventually went on to utilize his connections and joined the Cirkadia Banking Guilds as a principal negotiator, using his psionic ability to shake down impoverished noble houses for all their worth. Drul was then called to service, where he was recruited by the Imperial Intelligence Service as an investigator. He supposedly was a key hand in arresting a cell of heli.OS "terrorists" before they were able to carry out a string of bombings in the Core. Drul Romus then moved on to serve as a mayor on Oseana, taking a seat in the imperial senate as a massive supporter of the Absolutists, especially while Stars held the throne.

Drul was key in helping the previous emperor consolidate power, using his connections as the minister of the interior. His connections at the banking guilds and intelligence service also proved key in convincing more rowdy elements of the absolutists to fall in line. His ability to get the absolutists unified allowed him to form his own power base, leading him to be one of the more powerful courtiers.
Along with his allies in the ministry of foreign affairs, Drul was able to leverage his Angmar name, his psionic ability and his vast connections in the banking guilds to secure a coalition of power that would continue to support the current house of stars. His close ties to the Khazmul clique have proven fruitful. It's also rurmored the emperor has close dealings with the House of Flowers, specifically the Sundew Clique.
Eventually he would be thrust into power when the previous emperor was killed by a solar order radical.
