Mecha System

The Mecha system is a long abandoned Imperial star system, previous the domain of the Adeptus Mechanicus, which was formerly given over to the mining and refining of resources, as well as the production of various technologies that was required by the wider Imperium.
When Waaagh! Grimskul swept through the Sleipner Sector, this system suffered a rapid and devestating raid as the Orks plundered the worlds for scrap and weapons so they could move on to other systems and planets. Once Mecha had been plundered, no orks took up residence as they simply wanted to be where the fighting, leaving the worlds ghostly relics of their former selves and this is how it remained until the Von Aurach Crusade arrived in the sector.
