Stoneskian

Those peoples who have survived the ravages of the sun by living below-ground, mostly along the under-ground reaches of the Godswollen river. Their skin tends to be much paler and dusty compared to those from the surface, and is far more easily damaged by even short exposures to the sun. Traditionally master builders and tradespeople, the diaspora within the Gleaming City tends to the importing and serving of food, or the construction and maintenance of buildings throughout the city.
