The Akatsuki Revolution
RevolutionA bloody revolution ignited in 600 Imperial after perceived mismanagement of the ruling power, the war lasted for forty years. The ruling family-- known as the Shuwa Clan-- was executed by Akatsuki Rebels, forcing the Mainland of the Empire to send a massive fleet in retaliation to end this rebellion once and for all. What happened next was an unexpected, explosive finale to the conflict. As the ships approached on the horizon, hours from making landfall, a massive explosion annihilated the entire fleet at sea.

The Akatsuki Summer
Disaster / DestructionIn retaliation for the execution of the ruling family of the province, the Daguo Empire sent a massive fleet to put an end to the rebellion of 40 years. The fleet never made it to shore, instead, it was consumed by a massive explosion that also unleashed a summer-long heatwave that caused great droughts for the entirety of the season. All the same, the Dawn Islands were free of Mainland influence now as this marked the end of the war.
