Kosuke is an ancient, thin albino man who wears humble clothing, especially that of his station.
Physical quirks
Due to both his condition and old age, Kosuke is seemingly constantly fanning himself as he battles the heat. This ongoing struggle leads him so far as to refrain from eating his food fresh or drinking the tea before him in a reasonable timeframe. He seems to much prefer his sustenance at room temperature.
Apparel & Accessories
At first look, one would not suspect Kosuke Shiro to be the leader of arguably the wealthiest town on the island-- for he wears nothing marking him for such a station, he much prefers a loose-fitting yukata of a similar quality of one of modest standing.
His boney frame bears no jewelry, either. The only fine item he seems to trouble himself with is his ornate fan he seems to constantly use to try to keep cool, no matter the temperature.
