Rumoroé
The most densely populated region of Rove. Cities are all fully autonomous, though there is a council of representatives from each of the major cities which work together to create some policies. Though each city is governed independently, society is cohesive within the region and travel is open and facilitated wherever possible.
Rumorans are deeply religious people, partially due to the Sanctum of Virtue providing indispensable knowledge from the Wardens of Virtue. Tales of the Erasure of Depravity also left them with feelings of gratitude and fear.
