Veltios

Veltios is a city on the Western coast of Rumoroé. It has two primary attractions - sport, and the military. The central government is weak and is not expected to defend anyone, so its military is weak, and only used against natural threats or to carry out dangerous tasks. However, it is still useful to have citizens hone their fighting capabilities, so Veltios sponsors sports as a form of training.
The most popular sport here is Spellclash, which is a tournament for spellcasters. The sport is spectacular and draws a large audience. There are also physical sports for non-magical people, ranging from team sports with a ball to individual contests of physical ability such as wrestling or racing. Parkour is popular especially among the youth.
Aside from these sports, there is also a military training sector of Veltios.
