The Pale Horse

The Pale Horse is a tavern located in the southern Doric town of Eidehn. The tavern is located within Sodden Alley just south of Sheriff's Square located centrally within Eidehn. The Pale Horse has an olive green facade and an overhanging floor architecture, each floor protruding out into Sodden Alley held up by wooden supports. The building itself has glass windows and a ground floor entrance, the establishment being one of the two prominent tavern businesses in Eidehn, the other being The King's Jewel.
The tavern takes its name due to the location where it stands is the old site of a horse stable within Eidehn. The stables were raided, though who and when is often debated, during the raid the stables were burned down while the horses were still inside, leading to a long tradition of ghost stories and hauntings related to the arson.
As a tavern, The Pale Horse provides drink and meals to those who seek sustenance, as well as serving as an excellent mingling point for all walks of life, those looking to meet for travelling parties would often meet at taverns such as The Pale Horse.
